Great location, comfortable rooms, good food, and most importantly amazing staff that always go the extra mile to make your stay a special one. Special thanks go to Mr. José Mendez who always makes sure that all guests are having a wonderful time. "We traveled with our 23 month old and it was a great stay. We upgraded to the suite, so that was helpful with independent sleep and it was very spacious. They provided a pack and play and a bathtub at my request. The property is within the castle grounds so you cannot drive all the way up to the hotel. But the parking & underground parking is a short walk away. Has an elevator and instructions were clear on how to get there and the staff was amazing. Breakfast was delicious, with a buffet style and you can order some fresh eggs and ham on the side. Location is so good as you're right in the middle of everything! This hotel was recommended by my friend and I would definitely continue recommending this place to others!"
