The rooms were very comfortable. We received complimentary bottle of water every day. All very clean and well maintained as new. Great pool. Amazing location to bars, restaurants and the marina.

Hotel was really nice and clean. Most of the staff were kind and friendly. One of the animators was exeption. He was really rude and disrespectful towards us. If to put this incident beside the hotel experiment was really good and pleasent for us. Special thanks goes to the older man who waitered us most of the time.

Nestor hotel is a great choice in Ayia Napa

Great location, great hotel, great staff. The only negative we can say is that the rooms are not that soundproof. You heard alot from outside the hotel and also in the hallways.

Good hotel, but lacking atmosphere and poor value for money Stayed for 4 nights in August. Overall, the hotel is good and the service was satisfactory, but unfortunately, we found it quite boring. There was simply no real atmosphere or “vibe” to the place. The entertainment team is very small — just two people — which, in my opinion, isn’t enough to create much of an atmosphere, especially for a hotel of this size. I was also disappointed with the pool supervision. The lifeguards seemed to do various jobs around the pool area, walk around, and sit quite far from the pool rather than constantly watching the swimmers. If you are travelling with young children, I would strongly recommend keeping a close eye on them yourself. On a day when there were thunderstorms, the main pool was closed. Some guests, myself included, went to the indoor pool downstairs, but it was far too small to accommodate everyone. Unfortunately, rainwater was also leaking directly into the pool from above, after which hardly anyone wanted to use it. On the positive side, breakfast had plenty of options and the quality was good. The staff were helpful and friendly, the location is convenient, and I appreciated that there were no additional charges for things such as the safe. However, overall, I found the hotel to be poor value for money, particularly considering the room size and the limited entertainment offered for a hotel of this scale. For my next stay, I would probably choose a different hotel.

This is my 3rd time at this hotel and i highly recommend it. At first we had some problem checking in due to expedia fault but the hotel managed quickly and was very helpful and responsive. We had a beautiful room wilth sea view, we got a welcome gift from the manager and stuff, fruit basket and wine. The pool was big and beautiful and relaxing, the breakfast was yummy and will be back again and again

Great value, some problems with communication

Excellent hotel with bad communication/management. Dinner and Sauna were difficult to enjoy with staff asking too many questions and making mistakes with our booking without apologising for ruining our experience. Some Staff need training but some other are excellent!

Hotellet fremstår pænt, rent og velholdt. Medarbejderne er ikke særlig smilende, men gør hvad der skal til. Afrydderne og rengøring var faktisk de mest imødekommende. Vi havde et dejligt ophold med all inclusive, hvor mad og drikke var af ok kvalitet. Underholdning var af svingende kvalitet, men det kan man jo lade være med at deltage i. Hotellet ligger tæt på centrum, men tilpas på afstand til at der er forholdsvis ro. Helt perfekt.
