“Communication from the owner was excellent. The staff was amazing and patient with our lack of Spanish. The food was delicious and made dining stress free for my wife and me. The grounds and pool were also quite nice. If “bang for your buck” is a priority, I recommend La Maracuya. It’s a little remote, but we wanted some quiet time, and the location didn’t prevent us from exploring. We visited the pacific beaches and El Valle de Anton via rental car. Thanks for caring for us during our stay!”

“Lugar ideal para desconectarse, la habitación que nos asignaron super aseada, amplia y privada. Creo deberían de aclarar que no hay opciones de restaurante cerca ni en la propiedad. Regresaré pero preparado con alimentos y bebidas. Otro detalle, sólo aceptan pago con transferencia o Yappy que es un método para personales nacionales, no para extranjero. No aceptan Tarjeta de crédito, también deberían de aclararlo y que no será expedía quien cobre. ”

There was complimentary bottled water although the tap water is safe to drink, and 6 complimentary coffee pods a day. The yoga instructor was excellent and the yoga was complimentary 9am Thursday to Monday on a roof terrace on the spa. There is a roof terrace bar with amazing views of the surrounding mountains with complimentary drinks for guests each...

“Everything was great at the site. Beautifully appointed with lacquered wood, stucco, and tiles. The grounds are also beautiful. The host, Victoria, was unusually obliging. Can't say enough about this one. The downside is that Expedia booked two rooms for me and I was charged for the one I didn't need. ”

“Very safe feeling neighborhood. No problem walking around at night. The hotel complex is also safe and comfortable. The staff were extremely nice and helpful, especially the manager Jesus. Pool was clean and refreshing. There are lot flowers and plants which blow a lot leaves and petal in the pool in the windy afternoons. It makes for a lot of laughs trying to keep them out. The beach is about 6 to7 blocks but very walkable. There is a pizza place a block and a half and a restaurant named...

“For international travelers expecting a normal hotel room, I would carefully review details about this hotel. If you're accustom to staying in hotels that cater to local citizens, you might be happy here. They seem to cater to families with kids who want to hang around the pools. ”
