"The staff were 100% lovely, helpful and friendly. The only issue I had was fixed immediately. The hostel is kept super clean throughout. Guests were truly international and there was a great friendly vibe. Kitchens and seating on ground floor and roof, from where you can see the ocean nearby. Free drinking-quality water, first time I've seen this in many trips to the Canaries. Good wifi. Main showers and basins in safe-feeling unisex area on middle floor. Clean and warm IKEA bedding. Super convenient to beach, good supermarkets, buses, etc. I was in the 4-bed female dorm that has a window to atrium rather than to outside. That could have been annoying at night but the staff ensured quiet from 23:00, so it was probably quieter than an external window? Imagine it's hot in summer, but then you are in the Canaries... Thanks guys+gals, I had a great time :)"

"The hotel bed was comfortable and the shower was great. The rooftop jacuzzi good enough, maybe the opening and closing times could be extended for guests to wind down after coming from the beach. I can't comment on the breakfast as I chose a room only stay. I did see two baby cockroaches which I fed back to the reception team upon check out."
