We had a wonderful stay at Bahia Principe! My wife especially enjoyed the quiet adult pool, which was the perfect spot to relax and unwind. The entertainment team kept things lively and engaging without ever being overwhelming, and the staff overall were incredibly friendly, attentive, and efficient. There are so many activities and options available on the property, yet the resort never felt crowded, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Bahia Principe strikes a great balance between relaxation and fun.

The property is very dated, and needs to be refreshed. The doors of our room didn't shut properly, leaving a gap for bugs to come in. We rarely got hot water in our showers, and most of the staff didn't speak english. (I'm aware this is a Spanish speaking country, but when you have a plethora of international guests, there should be more English speaking staff).

I often travel alone with my child I expressed interest in having a room that could be accessible and in a busier area. This was accomplished and Merihan was very helpful in this. Staff ar the italian restaurant was lovely and very prompt.
