Hospitals and cafes

Visiting LGH, Eye hospital or Animal Hospital, is only a minute or two to walk. And as a break from the serious stuff, good cafes are there and a 5 min downhill walk to the CBD. Parking on-site is so helpful.

Beautifully equipped and so clean. Fantastic position with a coffee shop that serves the best coffee and food. Bed was so comfortable that you woke refreshed.

Great hideaway with a kitchen!

Checkin was super easy and the apartment was extremely clean and had that something extra to make it special as they offered wine to purchase, coffee from the next door coffee shop and had a fully stocked kitchen including some oil, salt and pepper to cook with (YAY). Beautiful outdoor area to sit in (shared with one other unit) and a BBQ and laundry if needed. Great location, especially when driving as easy to get in and out of the city. We walked to the mall and park in the city, about 15 mins stroll. For those with difficulty with stairs, there is one of those quite thin circular staircases going to the bedroom mezzanine but that didn't worry us. Would stay again.

Cleanliness is so so. An almond was found in the living room. There were spider webs near the desk of the kitchen and other places. No shower curtain in bathroom, the bathroom were all wet after shower. Improvement needed.

To be honest, this was booked due to a misunderstanding. It was not quite as we expected. It was certainly clean enough, though the ants might upset some. It would probably suit younger people. The somewhat rickety spiral staircase up to the second bedroom was a bit of a worry for those of us with mobility problems, as was the shower over the bath, with a further step up. The modern taps were also something of a challenge to those not used to them. It also needs to be pointed out that that they are self-catered apartments, apart from some rather nice, if a little rudimentary, breakfast items. The location, however, was very good.

Great Location close to Cafes, Supermarket and Hotel. The little touches make a difference. Fruit , eggs, milk, yoghurt, coffee machine and pods, and loaf fresh bread are very welcome.

Very satisfactory to the stay.

The apartment was fully self contained. The apartment was situated close to the restaurant so it was easy to have meals in stead of home making dishes. The apartment operator was very generous in allowing our late check out.

Relaxing 😌

Apartment was spacious, well stocked with coffee tea and snaks also dresssing gowns for 4 guests... parking included..walking easy and close to centre of Launceston great restaurants next to apartment and only 10 minutes from airport. Owner extremely friendly and helpful.

Good Location Friendly Owners

Good central location easy walking to town center but also had immediate access to local grocery store as well as cafe's and pub. Could easily buy provisions to cook for yourself or get a quick easy meal.

A little gem!

This is my second time here and it is amazingly good. Very comfortable and handy to town. The basket left for breakfast is delicious and the rest of the facilities are second to none. A little gem in the centre of Launceston and I will definitely be back!!

Terrific Launceston city stay

We stayed in the "bakehouse' an amazing little quirky apartment with absolutely everything you could want, full marks for this one.

They think of everything!

A small boutique apartment complex centrally located in "Lonnie", Twofourtwo is cute, compact and contemporary. We had the Terrace apartment complete with spiral staircase and decks upstairs and down. On arrival we found a freshly baked loaf of artisan bread, eggs, tomato, avocados, cereal, jams and butter, cereal and fruit; no need to have race off to do the shopping. Nonetheless, the Coles supermarket, open until 11pm on a Sunday!!! was only a short walk of 200m away. The owner James is a fabulous host and we were also provided with a voucher for two free coffees at his Cafe Mondello next door which is bustling with locals and visitors alike. Love this accommodation and location.

Edgy Stay

Fantastic stay.......car park out front, architecturally designed accommodation, stunning breakfast left even a loaf of their own sour dough. Right in the centre of the edgiest restaurant precinct in Launceston.

Close to everything and very comfortable

Very modern comfortable place. Staff at the cafe were extremely helpful trying to find us the best place for a fly fishing tour. The complimentary breakfast downstairs was the perfect touch.
