The driveway was in poor condition and very steep. Exiting to the road was quite dangerous, especially if you were turning right as it was a blind corner. The room was ok but did not have the cooktop that it was advertised to have. The staff were very polite.

This place is falsely advertised, we will not be staying again! The security was lacking, to sign in I didnt have to show id or my booking number, i just had to say my name and they have me a key. Nothing was explained as to where amenities were. Took us a few minutes each time to enter our room because the locks were shoddy and the key provided didnt want to work in the door and the pool door was even harder to unlock. The rooms were mouldy and dirty especially the shower/bathroom. The lack of heating made us go to bed freezing even our small children were complaining it was cold. There was 1 small panel heater downstairs to heat a 2 story 2 bedroom place with the bedrooms upstairs. We killed a couple of spiders and a cockroach in our room (we only stayed 1 night thankfully). The "heated" pool was not heated. The spa was green/slimy. No dining/food options available at the property like it advertised. All kitchen amenities provided in the room were not clean. If you stay here, BYO hair dryer.

Was very out dated and I would never say again and was very disappointed no spa only on weekends and that’s false advertisement and in my views think that it is a crack village not a family Village sliding door did not lock properly my kids were scared to stay and we didn’t want to lose their money so we stayed unit stunk. Knife was burned with a lighter were dirty. Pots were stained the most saddest places I have ever said.

The place is in a desperate need of a refresh. The king bed had a slope to one corner. one of the bunk bed mattresses was thin enough a teen could feel the boards underneath. The door handle came off when one of us tried to leave the toilet. The shower lasted for 2.5 hot showers before going cold! the toilet rocked. You get what you pay for. We were there only overnight so it wasn't a big issue.

I have nothing nice to say,we pulled up to reception there were people arguing about not have shelter accommodation there was broken toilet empty spirit bottles and rubbish, the room was dirty there were empty bottles under the beds, so much dust floor not vacuumed properly, we showered at the aquatic centre is it was cleaner than this property, this property is used for housing the homeless witch is great but don’t advertise it a family motel accommodation, the noise was terrible, never again

If it was just like winding back in a time machine to to the 80s it would of been fine, but, it was just generally untidy, id say felt dirty..... but it was dirty. The bed sheets and pillow cases were coloured like they had been washed with a set involved in a stabbing, but luckily the bed bugs didnt bite. Luckily we only slept, sometimes, like cause the bed was uncomfortable, and you couldnt sit on the couch because it was rock hard........
