"Gorgeous setting and a nicely appointed house - had everything we needed! Communication through text/email for the check-in process was very straightforward. Our kids had a blast playing in the waterfall and sleeping in the loft. The stargazing is AMAZING if you get a clear night. This was a perfect, peaceful home base for exploring the Hilo side of the Big Island!"

"The ac works great , the room was extremely nice and clean. Room has both blinds and curtains. It is above Paul’s cafe which has great food. It is central in Hilo and most things are within walking distance. Farmers market is just down the street. It’s a small quaint hotel with nice rooms, plenty of parking. You should enjoy it as much as we did."

"Definitely stay here! The rooms are lovely as are the hosts. It's right on the water, a short walk or drive to the main shops & farmers market. Also a short drive to many lovely beaches. The breakfast was incredible - and they even accomodated gluten-free. Really great overall, great deal and we'll stay again if on Hilo!"

"The room came with an amazing view and had good facilities. We unfortunately didn't get a chance to use the hot tub but it would've been lovely with the sunset. The kitchenette was well stocked and the room and hostel was very clean and well kept. Would definitely recommend for someone to stay here."
