The hotel is in a small town, very difficult to get taxis. I ended up lugging my luggage 25 minutes to the train station by foot because I could not get a taxi to drive me there; it was horrible. I also missed an activity in another town because I was unable to find a taxi in a reasonable amount of time.

Beautiful hotel next to Milan Malpensa airport. Airport shuttle is easy and fast. Staff is top notch, nice and friendly. The food in the restaurant is fabulous.
