"Our room smelled like cigarettes and the bathroom stunk terribly. There was mold all over the walls and what looked like rat poop under the bed. The rest of the floor was dirty as well. We did not feel comfortable staying there, especially with our one-year-old. We slept horribly, woke up feeling sick from breathing in the mold, and left as quickly as we could. The woman at the front desk was kind in our interactions, but when we tried to get a refund, the manager, whose permission was needed, was hard to get a hold of. The staff would not respond to our messages online and we had to call 5 or 6 times. They did end up refunding us for the second night we were planning to stay but refused to refund us for our entire stay. We would not recommend staying here. "

It was a convenient and painless stay, with an ac in the room, a tv, a ten min walk from downtown, and a quick check in. Just don’t pick a fight with the bathroom door handle because you will lose that battle."
