It was difficult to find amenities, pool location, how to order food, etc. Front desk staff were extremely unhelpful and unfriendly. This is an easy thing to improve! Accessing coffee in the morning was difficult. This hotel could be so much better. Positives were the quietness on the pool side, clean beds, location, pool.

Friendly and helpful staff, great location and easy to get around. Sink backed up and they came to repair it immediately with great curtesy and care for our items in the area.
