it is close to the festival and they are incredibly friendly in helping and advising how to get there

good front desk - a very helpful older gentleman. very weak/useless really wifi, toilet kept running, beds like hammocks (i.e.) not flat and small/poor quality towels. shower fine. otherwise convenient, easy, reasonably clean and tidy. didnt try breakfast so can’t comment on that.

The room was very good for this price. It was nice to communicate with Pier who was ready to solve any possible issue. Highly reccomnend for the stay in Cannes.

Good value and convenient location for the price!
Arrives 2 days after the flash flood disaster so was not a normal time! Bus to town in10 minutes and walk was 20 minutes. Pierre was very helpful! Small room facing busy street but great for the price and location. Was clean. Would stay here again. About 4 blocks to a great pastry shop!

Pas de TV dans la chambre Climatisation impossible à mettre en route … même par le patron Pas d’eau chaude le soir, il a fallut attendre le lendemain que le petit ballon de 50l dans un placard est fini de marché pour avoir de l’eau tiède au réveil !!! 9€ le déjeuner : un croissant décongelé, 1 petit pain + jus d’orange lidl , confiture et café cafetière bien leger … du vol en gros

Les plus : • drap non fourni dans la description : drap fourni réellement (et serviettes) • personnel très aimable • dans la description, il y a écrit à la fois ménage et pas de service de ménage mais sur place l’hôtel nous a demandé : nous avons demandé le lit (les poubelles ont été vidées sans avoir demandé) • 25/30 min à pied de la plage • parking à dispo Les moins : • pas de wifi • un hôtel désuet : un tableau dans le couloir est déchiré, un meuble sans tiroir dans le couloir, des couleurs et un mobilier défraîchi Des petits déconvenues : • Pas de piscine. Le gérant nous dit avoir prévenu mais après vérification aucun mail et dans le descriptif de la réservation cela n’est pas mentionné (pour raison Covid… pourtant en août 2022 aucune restriction en vigueur) • terrasse sur la photo de l’annonce : pas de terrasse • Taxe de séjour : 0,8€ par personne et nuit soit 3,20€

Hôtel non recommandé !
On est arrivé à l’hôtel il devait y avoir une piscine et la personne de l’hôtel nous a dit que il n’y avait pas la piscine, nous somme rentré le soir a l’hôtel après manger et il n’y avait plus de place, nous avons dû nous garé sur un parking payant, le soir il n’y avait personne à la réception, nous avions un lit double avec le sommier cassé et un lit simple avec le sommier cassé également sauf que pour celui la c’est limite si on était par terre. Il y avait une mauvaise odeur dans les couloirs, pas d’ascenseur. La climatisation ne fonctionnait pas bien la température variait tout le temps ce qui est très désagréable. Pour finir l’hôtelier nous à même pas fait de gestes commercial en nous offrant les petits déjeuner et il est resté très froid et désagréable. Bref hôtel à fuir 😡
