We booked the hotel last minute and staff made sure everything was ready for our arrival. The hotel is situated within walking distance to the old town and at the same time it was very quite area which we liked as we were traveling with a kid. Everything from the check-in to check-out was perfect. Definitely will come again and recommend it to all!

Une belle chambre, calme permettant de bien récupérer. Le concept sans personnel est un peu spécial, j’avoue ne pas être fan mais l’établissement vaut la peine de s’y arrêter.

Petit hôtel original. Pas de réception mais téléphone portable pour communiquer par tel ou message. Réactif. Salle de petit déjeuner à disposition toute la journée pour prendre un café ou utiliser le micro onde. Accueil chaleureux le matin pour le petit déjeuner. Accès par code à l'entree et pour la chambre sans souci.

Ce n'est pas un hôtel...

Cela ne correspond pas à un hôtel, mais plutôt à un regroupement d'airbnb... On ne voit personne à laccueil, on reçoit un code par sms pour ouvrir les portes. Aucune décoration, la signalétique est faite avec des plaques d'immatriculation... Petite chambre au 3ème étage sans ascenceur. Cuvette des wc non fixée. Petit déjeuner dans une minuscule salle, avec fromages sous plastique habituellement réservés aux cantines scolaires. Par contre bonnes viennoiseries et pain frais de boulanger. En résumé, une expérience que je ne souhaite pas renouveler, j'espère que ce type d'établissement ne viendra pas remplacer les vrais hôtels...

Agréable en plein centre du Mans

Hôtel récent, neuf, et très agréable a vivre ! Le petit déjeuner est inclus dans le prix de la chambre et les viennoiseries viennent fraîches tous les matins ! Seul défaut qui peut être rédhibitoire pour certains, l'absence d'ascenseur. Propriétaire très agréable et très investi !

Très bonne adresse. Immeuble neuf. Belle construction de qualité. La chambre est très bien équipée et surtout très confortable et bien insonorisée. Café et différentes attentions à disposition des clients. Et produits de qualité, comme les vrais croissants de boulangerie pour le petit déjeuner. J’y retournerai à mon prochain passage au Mans.

Confort et zenitude

Un hôtel atypique en plein centre du Mans. Construit en bois et proposant une isolation thermique et phonique bluffante. Petit déjeuner simple offert. La literie est d'un confort digne d'un hôtel de luxe. Excellent séjour, je ne manquerais pas de revenir lors de mon prochain passage dans la région.
