"This hotel is in a great location. So close to the Louvre and other attraction. The staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and well appointed. They were renovating during the day, and the staff pre-apologized for any inconvenience, but there was never really any inconvenience. We used the pull out couch bed and it was comfortable. Very positive stay."

"The elevator wasn’t working the whole time we were there. Asked for an ifon that was never provided. We had to go with luggage the last day from the stairs. 7 floors. At least of they knew that the elevator wasn’t working they could have accommodated us in another floor lower. Not very happy with the stay here "

"En lineas generales, el hotel cumpió nuestras expectativas en relacion costo/beneficio. Las habitaciones muy limpias, lencería blanca y de buena calidad, para tener baños compartidos estaban siempre muy muy limpios! pudieran mejorar el desayuno, ya que es muy básico y existen mejores opciones para el huésped. Cerca del Hotel hay demasiados lugares para comer, beber y caminar, ademas que la linea 7 del metro te conecta con los mejores lugares y atracciones de la ciudad de París. Definitivamente volveríamos!"

"The place was centrally located. The rooms were clean and the staff were helpful. Bercy station is a minute’s walk away. There is a safe, gated public car park next to the hotel that costs €30 a day. There are convenience shops close by as well. There are also plenty of restaurants next door that stay open until 1 a.m. All major attractions are within 30 minutes by Metro."

"Hotel is a bit out in the sticks but there is public transport close by. Room was very basic and clean could maybe do with a fresh lick of paint but the bed was comfy. After the mix up with the rooms which ended up with us entering an occupied room the staff were very helpful to fix the error which took 3 attempts to actually get us a room that was free !"

"This hotel is a great find. Very modern and efficient, had everything I needed except bottled water. It was cute and clean and the staff was very helpful. It’s conveniently located next to two large metro stations, so commuting into the tourist areas is quite easy after you figure out the system. I would stay at other CitizenM locations after this one. It felt very high-tech and chic. My room was very quiet and had such a lovely view of the Seine and the beautiful clock tower. The bedding was also very comfortable."
