"It was very spacious and close to train stations"

"Very good value for money. We came with family of 5. Car parking is very affordable and safe. Breakfast is very suitable for families. Room was a bit warm, but you could open a window. In 30 mins you can reach centre using metro 7 station (almost) nextdoor."

"The place is really good, the area is not that bad, the only inconvenient is that is reasonable far from paris. The good thing: you can walk about 10mins to the metro station. There's laundry, market, bakery, restaurant and a bar close by. Over all I recommend city residence for a placid staying."

"The accommodation was really well priced and for the money was lovely. Communication around check in could have been a little better but overall I would stay again."

"Budget friendly hotel"

"Pleasant staff, clean room, very hot water, near bus line. There is a grocery store a short walk away, and lots of restaurants a bit farther away. Also, there are several bakeries nearby."

"Everything was good, But there was issues with AC not properly working so we were suffering during the sleep other than that everything good"

"Good location and friendly staff. Beware no A/C!!"

"Great stay, very helpful staff, clean and tidy very nice breakfast. "

"Right next to the grocery store and the metro. Super convenient for traveling all around Paris without staying in the middle of the hubbub."

"Staff are accommodating and friendly"

"We never got into the apt BTW we ended up renting another room and it’s in a very run down part of town, they told us the apartment was ready and there were still ppl in it … it’s on the third floor with very narrow stairs and very difficult to get large bags up the stairs/no elevator. Do not recommend staying here if your an American on there first Paris vacation!"

"Great staff, good position, comfy bed "

"Parfait , espace, propreté, équipement mais surtout l'insonorisation !!!"

"Just outside the peripherique in the super-cute and quiet commune of Saint-Mandé, this aparthotel was very clean, modern, spacious, and safe, with some rooms overlooking a lovely courtyard. This shares space with a posh retirement community, so it’s very quiet and calm. It’s just on the other side of the lovely park, Bois de Vincennes. I’m for sure returning!"
