She gave me a remote that would not work in a manner that showed she was not at all concern about the problem?? Another employee got another remote and came to the room to make sure it was the right one."

Only thing that we didn’t like was the two side doors that lead to the side parking lot was never secured, said room key was needed to access doors, however, both doors remained partially opened throughout the day with easy access into the building throughout the day, even at night.
