While the place is very cute, there were many odd things about it. First and foremost, there is NO AC in the room. Room description also advertised a bathrobe and desk and those were not provided either. I had to sleep with two fans and one window open (the other two did not have screens). That night, I went to get a drink at the coffee bar and the common area was very dark and could not find a light switch anywhere. I was told by other guests that the back staircase outside had a broken step and there was no warning. The walls are very thin. At breakfast, you didnโt get a choice they just gave you what they wanted. Iโve been to several bed and breakfasts and one I go every year with my family and to say the breakfast was small is an understatement. I had a slice of quiche, two triangle pita breads, and a sticky bun. Meanwhile, the couple beside me got a completely different breakfast. I donโt like quiche but it was better than nothing but I wouldโve liked a choice. Staff was friendly but odd. I was asked if my mother was joining for breakfast and I said no she just dropped me off because I donโt have a car. I mean what kind of staff doesnโt know whoโs staying at their establishment? Lastly, while I am not completely handicapped with a wheelchair or crutches, I do have sciatica. There were no handicapped spots, ramps, and as far as I could tell all rooms were on the second floor. I canโt see how anyone in a wheelchair could stay here since it is not ADA accessible.
