Karen was a hospitable host who prepares delicious breakfast. My room was comfortable and quiet, and I thoroughly enjoyed soaking in the jet tub in my room after spending long days at a conference.

Not worth the money you pay….
While the place is very cute, there were many odd things about it. First and foremost, there is NO AC in the room. Room description also advertised a bathrobe and desk and those were not provided either. I had to sleep with two fans and one window open (the other two did not have screens). That night, I went to get a drink at the coffee bar and the common area was very dark and could not find a light switch anywhere. I was told by other guests that the back staircase outside had a broken step and there was no warning. The walls are very thin. At breakfast, you didn’t get a choice they just gave you what they wanted. I’ve been to several bed and breakfasts and one I go every year with my family and to say the breakfast was small is an understatement. I had a slice of quiche, two triangle pita breads, and a sticky bun. Meanwhile, the couple beside me got a completely different breakfast. I don’t like quiche but it was better than nothing but I would’ve liked a choice. Staff was friendly but odd. I was asked if my mother was joining for breakfast and I said no she just dropped me off because I don’t have a car. I mean what kind of staff doesn’t know who’s staying at their establishment? Lastly, while I am not completely handicapped with a wheelchair or crutches, I do have sciatica. There were no handicapped spots, ramps, and as far as I could tell all rooms were on the second floor. I can’t see how anyone in a wheelchair could stay here since it is not ADA accessible.
This lovely gem was the perfect pick for the two of us on our cross country trip. Tired of cookie cutter hotels? Try this place. It’s not too far from Hershey and the country setting was peaceful. Our room was nicely decorated and everything was in tip top condition. We enjoyed our walk around the property with its beautiful gardens and koi pond. In the evening the scent of baking was comforting and the morning’s breakfast offered freshly baked treats as well as a hot meal. We were even asked about dietary restrictions! Did I mention it is pet friendly? The inn has a facility room for events as well. Highly recommended!
Lovely property. Friendly cat greeted us outside. Took us awhile to find thermostat for room (located it in hallway near our door). She made a tasty breakfast the two mornings we were there.

Although this property is just as pretty on the outside as it looks in the pictures, the inside is another story. The lobby/atrium area is nicely decorated, but there is a stale smell. Our room was furnished with a worn industrial carpet, bed, dresser, desk, one plastic folding chair and one small metal framed papasan type chair. The walls are very thin--I could hear every sound coming from the next door room and bathroom. The window shades were dingy and gray. But what was most problematic about this inn was its staff. They are unfriendly and very rigid about their rules. I needed to ask for a simple cup of tea to bring to my room at breakfast time. I was told I needed to come to the dining room, sit down at the table and ask for my tea to be served to me from the kitchen. I could not see the tea selection, or fix the tea myself. When I continued to state my wish, I was marched to the door of the kitchen and my request was grimly reported to the proprietor, who resentfully produced my cup of tea, as though it was an extreme imposition on her time. As I stood meekly waiting near the kitchen door, she started yelling angrily at her young children. I don't think I have ever encountered an atmosphere this unpleasant in a bed and breakfast.

One thing I can say — this woman is probably the best breakfast cook EVER. This isn’t a fancy place, the room was a little lackluster, but the area was beautiful, their kids were adorable, we had GREAT company along with our phenomenal breakfasts. Any set backs were compensated for.
Absolutely loved our stay! We really didn’t want to leave!! Breakfast was amazing everyday and just the entire stay was so wonderful. It was so quaint and peaceful, just what we needed to recharge!

Shower with flow restrictor average
In room brownies delicious
Probably would not go back as comfort remains paramount
The tranquil setting was just what we needed after busy days of sight-seeing. Karen was the perfect hostess, making sure that we had what we needed, providing delicious breakfasts, and managing this very beautiful bed and breakfast. We will be back!
This is a good place to stay for Hershey attractions. Great breakfasts, friendly hostess. It wasn't my favorite mattress, but we slept well. Everything was very clean. I had a small complaint that the coffee maker wasn't always ready. But overall, definitely a place I would stay at again.
The view was amazing; open fields tall trees, flowers. Landscaping beautiful, petfect for relaxing and enjoy hearing the croaking of frogs in ponds. Breakfast was amazing with table service, food fresh, and delicious.

We loved it here and will definitely come stay over and over again
Nice in general. Breakfasts were good, service was prompt and pleasant. Beds were far too soft, and you could hear everything (and I do mean "everything") through the walls. Country setting is very nice.
My wife and I enjoyed a short get-a-way anniversary trip here. We knew that we didn't have a lot of time, but it was a perfect place to come in, enjoy the quietness, and then enjoy an awesome breakfast that was very yummy! Highly recommended if you need a place to go away from reality and relax!
