“Not the best, not the worst. My sister and I stayed here with our three kids on spring break. We arrived at night and were a bit troubled by the amount of homeless individuals near the are. It’s off the beaten path and close to the city jail, so it was a little worrisome arriving at night. While the property smelled like new construction, it was a bit rough around the edges. Lots of scuffs and dings and dingy corners. ”

The home is in need of some attention—many of the furnishings, from the beds and sheets to the doors and windows, felt very worn and dated. “I loved it was right there in the Anex. Walked out the front door straight to restaurants and shops. Then your right there in the middle of downtown already so walking anywhere is super easy. Super easy to get back to even at 3am drunk lol! I loved it and once the renovations are done it will be completely perfect!! ”
