"I have stayed I this hotel many times, always booking direct with Forenom. The booking page clearly showed images of the usual room I have which comes with a nice bathroom and a kitchenette. On this occasion my incoming flight was delayed by 2 hours so I arrived at the hotel 1am. When I finally found the room (note the numbering order in this section of the hotel is confusing 50% of rooms in one sequential order and another section in reverse). "This is a great hotel for families. They have a game room for children. The breakfast is amazing. One thing to note if you have a Scandic membership, you cannot use Scandic points if you do not book directly with them. I had 12,000 points to use and couldn't use them even toward food because I booked with Hotels.com."
