“The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff was soooo good. We so much appreciated their attention to detail for us.”

“Our room was located on the third floor and there was no lift in the part of the hotel where our room was located. Not good for my 83 year old Grandma Our room was booked for 3 people but was only set up for 2 people The room was advertised to have a safe but there was no safe in the room No shower caps/ other amenities in the room Much below standard compared to other Radisson hotels I have stayed in”
