"When our room was cleaned they changed out the towels and took trash. Empty paper roll for toilet and dead bugs on floor. Only half cleaned. Not good. Then a dinner reservation was made for Sunday inside and then we find out that restaurant isn't closed on Sunday so eating on the veranda. Staff should have known that when taking reservation. Not impressed. Tom Moreno here"

"I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel this past weekend. After driving almost three hours to get there, I arrived only to be told that my reservation had been canceled without any prior notice or explanation. It was extremely frustrating and stressful. To make matters worse, the front desk employee named Loy was incredibly rude and unhelpful. His attitude was terrible, and he showed absolutely no interest in trying to assist or find a solution. Instead of feeling welcomed, I felt uncomfortable and mistreated. Overall, this was a horrible experience, and I would not recommend this hotel based on the poor customer service and lack of communication."
