Our room ran out of hand soap and body soap

I have been visiting this hotel for a couple of years and I always come back because the staff is so friendly and the rooms are big

I asked too many questions during the check in, the lady spoke with a “slightly annoyed by the questions “tone.. I felt embarrassed, I was just trying to locate my room well since it was my first time there..

The property is great. Good amenities. Only thing that I didn’t like was that we paid for a strip view and when we got there they said they didn’t have any available so they stuck us on a north view towards downtown. I don’t know how they can charge you a specific room and not hold it. They never offered any compensation for this.

Customer service and room management was excellent!
