My go to hotel

Super friendly and helpful staff. Extremely centrally located. Offering several amenities including spa services. Been to this hotel 3 times. This amazing especially for the price.

This was a fairly last minute booking for us just for one night but we were disappointed. Our room had a double bed and then on a mezzanine level it had another double bed which is fine however the wall fixings for the staircase leading up to the mezzanine level were loose & it felt a bit precarious We requested a cot for our 10mo which was fine. The photos make the hotel look far more luxurious than it actually was. It had a tiny little pool with no sunbeds. Staff were friendly however!

The hotel was not quick to respond. Driving to hotel was very difficult. It would have been helpful to have been given the parking lot directions as this would have saved us the traffic and chaos. Elevator was very slow due to electricity issues. When i say slow i mean from one floor to the next it took 3 minutes. We questioned whether the sheets were changed. The location is right there shopping, restaurants, bars. The front desk was very helpful. The hotel itself however was not worth the cost.

The hotel was great. Great food and great staff. I didnt give them a 5 just because the pool is a joke, it is probably for little kids and there is not a little space for a chair. The hotel should'n list they have a pool and it will still be ok. The rooms are really nice and the hotel is located in a good area with a lot of stores and restaurants. I would recommand this hotel for people who dont care about having a pool. You can use the beach and chairs of the "sister" hotel which is close as a distance to this one.

Liked: location, good air con, parting gift, friendly farewell every morning when leaving the hotel Didnt like: had to jump over bed to get into it as it was wedged between two walls. Laundry costing 15 euro was stuffed back into a bag rather than being folded. They didnt make our bed as they thought I was extending my holiday by a day at the end of the 3 nights rather than the beginning so we had to make our own. They were going to charge us the night we weren't staying there because they were holding it for us. Shower was tiny. At 70 kg, I was touching the sides. Not sure how others would shower in there. Nearly got stuck in the elevator on the first day so we took two flights of stairs every day. Rooms were dated. Definitely not a 4 star hotel. s

Bad service

This was an unpleasant experience. While the hotel is nice, the level of service is unacceptably bad. Definitely not what one would expect from a four-star hotel. On arrival, the hotel receptionist advised me to park my car in the back of the hotel. After doing so, I expressly told him where I had parked and he confirmed it was ok. However, my car was fined. The hotel staff refused to take responsibility for this. The hotel staff also failed to assist me with the procedure to pay the fine. To add insult to injury, they gave me the wrong advice on where to pay the fine (they said it was the police station, which is incorrect as the police sent me to the post office). They also wrongly told me that if I paid within 10 days, the fine would be reduced by 50%. However, I found out that this is no longer the case under Greek law and I had to pay the full amount. When I raised the issue that I got fined because of their wrong advice and that they had also failed to give me accurate information, the hotel staff members told me that there is nothing they can do because they cannot know everything. One of them also told me that "you know, this is Greece, it works like this". This treatment is unacceptable and I do not recommend this hotel.

Everything was fantastic, we re very satisfied staying in this hotel. Wish we had more time to spend in Greece and to use what our hotel was offering. Pool should be heated, so in the night would be great and romantic to be in it. Jacuzzi was wormer but water had some green colour so we didnt get in cause it looked dirty. Stuff was the best part, they were always smiling!

Die Dusche war eine schmutzige Katastrophe und wurde nach zweimaligem Auffordern geputzt. Die Zimmer sind extrem hellhörig so dass ausschlafen unmöglich ist. Der Zimmerservice, der trotz Dnd-Schild, ins Zimmer kommt hat die Balkontür 3x offen gelassen, trotz Beschwerde an der Rezeption. Die Internetgeschwindigkeit ist die langsamste die uns je untergekommen ist. Alles in allem ist das Hotel sein Geld nicht wert.
