"The hotel was good and the staff was excellent. We were there during the heatwave and the A/C was not up for the job. It basically did not do anything. The room was very hot. We were able to get a fan, and that helped somewhat. The hotel and/or Expedia gave us a partial refund, and we appreciated that. Great location. We will consider staying again, next time in Paris, if we are there at a cooler time of year."
"As a solo traveler I want safety and calm and this hotel delivered. Centrally located in a neighborhood full of great food and reasonable distance from all the best attractions! Staff were warm, welcoming and so helpful- the restaurant recommendation list was fantastic! Would recommend this hotel to anyone. Oh and the breakfast? Divine! Parisian pastries, made to order eggs and other great choices to meet all your breakfast needs"

"Wonderful location!! We stayed here for 4 nights in June 2026 right near the end of the incredible heatwave of the century. The property offered popsicles to cool us down. =) Staff was kind and helpful, room was exactly what we expected, and again, the location was amazing. Will stay here again."
