โThis is a fine little hotel on 4th floor with 10 rooms . Nice and clean. Good service and little tea-kitchen in the room comes with boiler kettle, teabags and coffee, dishes, glasses and cutlery, mineralwater in the fridge. My room had a closed balcony - very nice.

โMy stay was wonderful here in this hotel for me. Proved to be more than I expected the hotel is a trainee hotel for the University. While I was here they had several dance festival. Right across the street there is a Park with a lake if you want a fitness place there some areas for exercise and of course walking and running in the parks. โIโm staying in this hotel for the third time-itโs always enjoyable. The location is fantastic-just two minutes walking from Khreshatik, Tcum. The property is clean, the staff is welcoming and helpful. The only down side of the hotel-there is no elevator-itโs not easy with heave luggage, but the concierge lady was really nice and helped us to bring down the part of it. Thank you!! I will be back!โ
