"On check-in, I found the front desk staff not very welcoming. The person who checked me in came across as very transactional, which is something I am not accustomed to when staying at a hotel. "

The hotel did make accommodations for us at another hotel; however, it was 11 minutes away in an older hotel with a terrible bed. No offer to provide a partial refund, or any other accommodations."

"I chose Hilton Hotels & Resorts expecting a certain standard, especially after arriving from a 16-hour flight, but unfortunately, this stay was extremely disappointing. The room was in poor condition from the moment I entered. The bathroom floors were visibly dirty, and the hotel overall felt very dated. The window seals were worn out, allowing cold air to enter the room which was especially uncomfortable given that it was 3°C outside. To make matters worse, the heater was not functioning properly. At around 2:00 AM, the heater began making a loud, disruptive noise, making it impossible to sleep. When I contacted the front desk, I was told that assistance wasn’t available at that hour, which I can understand to some extent however, there was no attempt to offer a room change or any alternative solution. Overall, this experience fell far below expectations, particularly for a brand like Hilton. I was left extremely uncomfortable and disappointed."

"I didn't get a duvet to sleep in. The room was extremely cold as there was no heater. I got there and I was told to pay $150 (credit card) $300 (debit card) for future damage which will be refunded if there was no damage when I was leaving. I did not have my credit card with me so I had to pay $300 which I got back the day I left. I didnt know about this. Their wifi is extremely slow, I wasn't able to use it for my research. The bathroom one of the container for lotion empty. Overall its a clean place and they have complimentary breakfast."
