"No towels when we came in, I have to ask multiple times and came after 5hours and gave 2 only and we are 2 adults and 2 kids. And there’s falling out decayed wood/dust from the headboard of the bed.Water heater not working properly, it will be super hot and then super cold. Our next day, my kids are taking shower and suddenly water stopped. We called and said they run out of water amd have to refill. During breakfast we saw german cockroach under our table. Only nice there is the pool with the view of Mayon Volcano and overlooking to the city. Not a good experience for our first time. "

"Neglected rooms. Pest control has not been done as per the staff. We were not able to sleep at all as the room had coackroaches in them. There was no WIFI available as the routers were broken. Staff was very respectful to hear our concerns."
