Great location, not so clean

Hotel location is great since it’s close to the airport and to the mall. The only problem was that one time, there was a mouse running around inside the room. Overall, staff was friendly and very accommodating .

Presentation of the room is very poor…carpet is smelly, used for years maybe. Toilet/shower condition is very poor. Very old. Tap water is not working, tip of the tap is rusty, edges of the toilet are too dirty, shower curtains are dusty and smelly. Door’s toilet is too old, paint is dissapearing.

The hotel is new and easy to find. Staff are friendly and accommodating. Breakfast is a large serving and food at the restaurant are both fulfilling and tasty. One major issue though is that we found a bedbug in the morning of our second day so we requested to transfer to another room. The bedbug may have come from the previous guests but still, if the beddings were changed and washed then the bedbugs should be gone. We concluded that the beddings were just re-used and not washed. :-( Overall, it was a nice hotel.

Very welcoming staff, clean and convenient (very close to the airport). The only thing is...it says free shuttle service when needed going to the airport but when we were about to go, the front desk staff couldn't reach the driver. Well, overall was great!

Legazpi - touristisch noch beinahe unberührt

Von außen eher unauffällig, innen dafür eine kleine Perle. Das Personal jederzeit sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, der Zimmerservice super schnell und professionell. Alle beiden Zimmer sauber und alles funktionierte. 5 Frühstückssorten zur Auswahl, zwei kleine Restaurants direkt beim Hotel (Eataly - Seniorchef ist Italiener - richtig gute Pizza und das Berlin) aber auch Richtung Zentrum linker Hand zwei weitere einheimische Lokale mit sehr gutem Essen. Das Hotel liegt zwischen Flughafen und Zentrum - von beidem ca. 5 Minuten entfernt mit Van oder Trycycle. Preis für Trycycle in die Stadt für drei Personen bei ca. 50 php - je nach Tageszeit und Fahrer. Hotel liegt ruhig aber verkehrsgünstig. Empfehlen kann ich einen Ausflug zum Vulkan Majon - dort gibt es coole Quadverleiher mit geführten Touren - wir waren bei den Ruinen der Kirche, die nach einem Vulkanausbruch zerstört wurde - ziemlich imposant. Abends ist es am Hafen recht gut und an der dahinterliegenden Bucht - Grillspeisen "landestypisch" - ein echtes Erlebnis. Noch ein Erlebnis waren je "the black beach" und eine sehr schöne Höhle - je ca. 1 Stunde mit dem Jeepney und / oder dem Taxi. Nicht zu empfehlen ist nach meiner Ansicht der Wildlifepark - da haben die Philippinos noch Nachholbedarf was unsere Ansichten zur artgerechter Tierhaltung angeht.

A big turn-off...

Overall, the hotel is good. Affordable and nice staff. But, what turned me off is the lack of quality in food preparation. There was a chunk of plastic in my creamy tuna sandwich..like a broken plastic jar piece! Holy cow!, what if ingested it and punctured my esophagus? I hope, what happened was a rare scenario..

Three night stay.

My wife and three kids stayed here and enjoyed the hotel very much. The meals were very cooked and brought to your room which worked out great. The area is ok a bit busy with traffic but very safe neighborhood.

Overall Good Stay

Overall it was a good stay. The location is convenient, with food places around. The hotel itself is nice. My only complaint is the air conditioning unit that was either too cold or too hot. No comfortable in-between.

Great stay at Casablanca Suites

We enjoyed our stay in Casablanca Suites. We arrive early in the morning and we were allowed to check in early. The front desk personnel allowed us to take our free breakfast even though we weren't supposed to have one that day. The rooms were clean and the air conditioners were working really well. The service of the hotel staff was great. I'll surely recommend this hotel.
