Comfortable hotel with expansive pool

Beautiful, expansive pool. Happy friendly staff. Ample sized room. A super location for decor shops and tableware. The western breakfast perhaps could offer more choice. When I asked, yoghurt was provided especially for me. Management were also highly knowledgeable regards onward travel to the north.

The property is very clean but a little tatty in some areas. Staff are excellent, breakfast is mainly Indonesian but very nice, for people who do not like chicken ,rice and vegetables there is cereals, toast, fruit, croissants and cakes also blamange. Would i stay here again. Most definitely.

The room was out of date and very average (get what you pay for though.) The people living above seem to enjoy rearranging furniture every day and night. The closest pool is only filled about a quater full which isnt nice. Breakfast is very limited and multiple days we had to order as there was no buffet. They dont do vegan options either. However the staff are hard working and very polite and helpful. Budi from the tour desk is amazing super helpful and will take you anywhere you want to go.

Booked a balcony suite and could not get chairs to use on balcony. No swim up bar as advertised. When in the pool had to go to reception for drinks. Only 1 lift was working out of 3. The spa and massage salon was closed for renovations was not advised of this before staying at hotel. One of the pools was closed. Overall not a great experience

近所にコンビニがあったりレストランもあり 不便ではない 道を渡ればマクドナルドとスタバが隣接 ただ、横断歩道がないので道を渡るのが面倒 レギャンでも端の方なので クタへは徒歩では無理 スタッフは皆さんとても感じがよい エクスペディアのチャット欄から ホテルへメッセージを送り 空港とホテル間の送迎や アーリーチェックイン可能かを 再三メッセージしていますが 返事があったりなかったりで 来たと思えば1ヶ月後だったりと 一向に話が前へ進まず バリに住んでいる友人にお願いし ホテルまで行き手配してもらいましたが ホテルにメッセージでやり取りし 予約等は出来ないと思ってて良いです まず返事が来ません アーリーチェックインは2000円くらいでした 往復送迎は5000円 空港のタクシーカウンターだと 片道2000円くらいなので 空港タクシーカウンターで 問題ないと思います。 ブルーバードタクシーですし。 帰りがかなり早いならホテルにお願いし 昼間チェックアウトならブルーバードタクシーを お願いし空港へいけば良いかなと思います 部屋は一階でしたので バルコニーから直でプールまで行けました タバコは部屋はダメですが、 プール周りなど吸える場所は沢山あります バスタブはなし シャワーは1人がゆっくり入ると 次からぬるま湯になる バリ島あるあるですね みんながマッハで入らないと 最後の人はぬるま湯か冷水シャワーと地獄 バスタブありでゆっくり入り 温かいシャワー希望するなら 有名ホテルがおススメ。 部屋は毎日キレイにしてくれました タオルはバスタオルのみ フェイスタオルはなし 歯磨きセットはありました シャンプートリートメントなし ドライヤーあり『小さい威力ショボイ』 お湯沸かしポットあり 毎日ビンのミネラルウォーターあり コーヒー紅茶インスタントが無料であり ペラペラスリッパあり WiFiあり『問題なく使える』 虫はあまり見なかったです 虫予防スプレーを毎日部屋に噴射してたからかもしれません。 ホテルに最近有名な詐欺師が現れた 男女と子供三人で急に声をかけられ レストランはどこだ？から色々話しかけられ 握手されたりし、『ドバイから来た』と。 あ！？と思い事なき終えました 日本円を見せてと言われ見せたら 取って逃げる詐欺 あちこちのホテルにもいるようです このホテルにもいたので注意して下さい

Okej för fest annars kolla annat!

Okej om du typ ska festa. ACn funka i 1 av 4 rum. Dem andra fläktade bara. Smutsigt var det och kryp fanns det gott om. Vi snackar smutsigt med hår osv. Samt fläckar på allt, dem har skrivit att man ska betala 500.000 idr om man gör några fläckar då förväntar jag mig fräscha handdukar och lakan. Poolen är okej, finns 4 solstolar vid varje pool ingen som använder dem knappt iallafall. Frukosten är ett skämt. Kunde knappt engelska vid incheckning frukosten sa han 50.000 idr per person för alla även spädbarn??? Internet kan ni glömma det finns inte. Då bodde vi ändå på bottenplan nära lobby. Men bra tv utbud av kanaler.

The hotel is a little dated but best value for money in Bali. The amenities are great. 3 pools. The rooms are fantastic. I take my two children and we have a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment. These types of rooms are hard to find. Rooms serviced daily. The staff are very friendly.

Staff are very friendly. Breakfasts are impressive. Tile floor of the pool is “emerald green”. This gives water in the pool a green appearance which is not appealing to me.
