โChecking in was not pleasant as check in time is 3:00 pm and when I go there to check in the room was not ready until an hour 1/2 later. Other than that everything else was good. โ
โParking area seemed safe we had no issues. The workers there were excellent. Friendly and polite. Like to joke around and always smiling. Your pool was green and gross and ice cold . That was the only issue so we didnโt use the pool because of that. Otherwise it was an excellent stay.โ
โIf you want to enjoy the water front area of Wilmington, you'd be hard pressed to beat the location and amenities of this hotel. Everything from the rooms to the service to the outside bar was excellent. Did I mention the outside bar? Excellent! It's within walking distance of everything on the waterfront.โ
โGreat access to the waterfront river walk and the convention center. Nice rooms and common areas. Starbucks in lobby, breakfast area and restaurant on second floor, bar on rooftop. โ

โAlways a good stay. Parking is a bit of a challenge, but they offer valet as an option. It is nice to have a decent coffee shop in the lobby, which offers breakfast items for purchase. โ
โA great location, staff, amenities and cleanliness. Only suggestion would be for hotel to add a bench with a small roof cover somewhere for smokers. They have to stand outside in the elements to smoke. I'm a non-smoker but many smokers are older and standing in the heat in uncomfortable for them.โ
โParking was available in the front back inside the room was perfect and two queen beds for handicap. People breakfast was great. Couldnโt complain about anything.โ
