"So far this place has been great. They worked with me with a couple issues that I had with checking in and staying in the same room. They allowed me to check in a little earlier than their proper check-in time after my long drive I was very tired and I really appreciate it going to my room earlier than expected. I would definitely come back here again"

"Everything was fine, however the breakfast wasn’t as good. What was there was fine, they had ran out of several things. They have an infused water dispenser with 4 flavors, but were out of 3 of the 4 flavors. They were out of ketchup and the salt and pepper bins were empty. And most disappointing was we went to make waffles and , you guessed it, they said they were out of waffle batter. So if having a good breakfast to start your day is important to you, then this probably shouldn’t be your choice. "

"Tile in room was broken, toilet paper holder not on wall. However pool was wonderful and staff was amazing!"

"Our room had an odd smell to it and after further inspection we realized the mattress had a spot that smelled sour. Before we realized it was the mattress we asked for new linens and the front desk was very accommodating. We put the new linens but didn’t seem to help the odd smell. We shifted the mattress around and just dealt with it being late at night. In the morning we were gonna mention it to the front desk but no one was there. Just a keep drop box. The hotel itself was very clean and great looking but our room was just not clean. "

"Hotel Bethlehem is a lovely hotel. The staff is very friendly and quickly addressed any questions we had. It is in the perfect location to enjoy the downtown area. Colleen, one of the bartenders, makes delicious drinks. The rooms are adequate size. The fixtures in the bathtub were broken, but they provided a stopper so the tub could be used. We had a room facing the back as rooms facing the front can get the downtown noise. The only negative I have is that you have to pay for parking. Being a highly rated hotel, I would expect to pay more for a room, but to also have to pay parking on top of that is ridiculous. Parking should be an amenity if you are staying there. "

"We were unable to turn on certain lights and manage the thermostat. Staff did not tell us about the need to use our room card to use lights and thermostat. We were going to use the extra blanket provided in the closet. After removing the wrapping to blanket, we found clumps of human hair. Our original reservation was 2 nights, but we left a day early due to being tired from the previous night. Upon checkout, staff were notified about our room issues. They were very polite during this visit."
