great service.welcome on arrival shown around apartment and also was offered assistance with my luggage. comfy bed. great facilities in the apartment. probably my only grumble would be the shower could do with a freshen up. seals and grout looking a little grubby.

Convenient location. Bigger than a hotel.

The apartment is only a short stay from the rail station and a few minutes walk to the centre of town. The apartment it self was large and had all the basics you need including towels and kitchen items. It served its purpose during a business trip. There is no reception - when booking through hotels.com the booking said that you will be contacted with details on how to access the property. I assumed this was via email but I never heard anything. Ensure you call to make arrangements before you arrive. The owner called me when I was driving, but no message was left, nor was their a follow up text. When I arrived I then had to wait an hour to be let in. Don't let this happen to you.

Very comfortable stay. Good communication. Nothing to much trouble. Shops in walking distance. Plenty of takeaway close by. Secure parking just £6 a day.

A very comfortable stay.

Excellent communication with a guy called Jay. Nothing to much trouble. Couldnt get one of the heaters to work. Jay came with a new heater. He was just a phone call away. Parking in private car park at just £6 a day. Clean apartment. Very comfortable. Lots of takeaways in area. Walking distance to shops. In all a very enjoyable stay. Will definitely stay again.
