"Very efficient and friendly staff. Only downsides were the foam mattress, felt like I’d made my shape in it and it stayed that shape until I got up. Room at front of hotel, very busy road outside, quite noisy at night. Only one breakfast tea bag on tray, but two others we didn’t like. Instructions for coffee machine would be helpful, I wasn’t successful with my first cup, water leaked everywhere, used bath towel to wipe water up. Second cup okay.
