“when I checked into my room at 5pm, all was fine. then I went into Ghent (lovely city) for the evening. when I got back a little after 11pm there was no power/lights in my room. and no staff to help! there was book on the desk in my room with hotel policies etc, but it was horribly outdated as it said to dial the front desk if one had any questions, but of course there are no longer any internal phones in the hotel. the next morning there was finally front desk staff, but they were incompetent...

“PassaDia is a really cozy and newly renovated bed and breakfast. Very comfortable and the owner is really lovely and accommodating! There are also small and really cute goats in the garden, making it such a sweet place for families! And the breakfast is great too! Highly recommend :)”

“Very friendly and helpful staff. Hotel is located close to a park, which is great if you (like us) travel with a dog. Lots of retaurants and supermarkets close by and the city center is in walking distance. Only sad thing is there are according to the staff basically no vegan options at breakfast. They recommended to look for a place in the city and rather not have breakfast at the hotel - if you are vegan.”
