โThe reception is really unfriendly. My flight was at 6 a.m. Since it was an international flight, I needed to leave about 3 hours before, so I asked for a shuttle at about 3:30 a.m. the next day when I was checking in. They said the shuttle wasn't available and told me to take taxi or uber. The first shuttle is at 4:30. I chose this hotel in hotels.com because it said an airport shuttle was available. โGreat location โ close to shops but still tucked away and quiet. The hotel has nice touches, like a spa and 24/7 snacks, which I appreciated. The restaurant looked busy and fun, though I didnโt get a chance to try it. Staff were warm and welcoming throughout my stay. My room was a bit musty, but otherwise comfortable. Overall, a solid stay and Iโd happily come back.โ
โThis was our second time staying here for a weekend getaway. Hotel is clean, staff is nice amd accommodating. Pool is on the smaller side but still pretty on the roof top. Will recommend for future.โ
