Off peak so very quiet. We had the vila so the pool and privacy was great. Very friendly and helpful staff. Nothing was a problem to organise whether getting transport or one of the tours. Very enjoyable experience

The villa was beautiful, the private courtyard with a pool was amazing. Unfortunately there was a misunderstanding with my booking on arrival and it took over an hour to rectify and on checking out the management didn’t show up and my transport for my connection to the airport didn’t show up either…

Great stay here! The bed was so comfortable! I slept like a baby. Everything was nice and clean, the air conditioning worked great, and the staff were very friendly. The bathroom and shower are outside of the room, which I didn’t mind. And I was able to park my scooter right in front. The only negative thing is the breakfast wasn’t the greatest, and I would have preferred to have 2 unopened water bottles like the rest of the hotels offer, as this hotel had a hard plastic water bottle already open and filled with water which doesn't seem super cleanly, but I respect the fact that they are trying to be eco-friendly, so I just purchased my own water. Other than these negatives, my stay was great!

Beautiful time in Lembongan

Lovely stay at Sunset Garden, just less than 5-min walk to most beautiful sunset on cliffs, most helpful and friendly staff, villas are cute, clean, and comfortable. Hotel can arrange any activity, rental, tour if you desire. Impressed that we saw many repeat visitors come through while we were there.

I don’t leave reviews bc I appreciate the luxury of having a roof over my head and understand the difficulties of running a business. Today I’m forced to write a review bc this hotel gave me an allergic reaction from the dust and mold. I did not stay the night and booked another room somewhere else. The hotel refused to give me a refund, or even a partial refund, and when I asked the manager at the front desk he said “we can’t please everyone”.
