Great property over the road from main food club and a 10min walk to small beach with a swim net and good fish and chips. Room was very clean and staff very friendly. I won’t hesitate to rebook here.

Very clean and newly renovated with excellent service and communication from owner Jason, this made for the perfect one night stop on our road trip for our family of four - 2 adults, 2 kids (8 and 5). There’s not much around for dinner (only the bowls club right next door) but we did enjoy heading down to the wharf in the morning for breakfast at The Poyers which was lovely!

Be try welcoming experience and the rooms were very clean and comfortable. Great communication by the manager. I could easily relax there with how quiet it was and the club across the road was filled with a relaxed atmosphere and others focused people. Overall it was a wonderful experience.

Area at front was good but at the back noisy from bowling club No one to meet us and phone number didn’t work. Someone then arrived and we put all cases in the apartment only to find on our return it was the wrong room. The cases had been moved to the correct room which was good

We stayed at the motel for one night and visited the bowling club next door. Jason was very helpful, and was at hand with any request. The property was clean and peaceful. The staff at the club next door were very welcoming and amd welcomed us with a smile and continued to be their kind and helpful self.

Bathroom & kitchen are modern, bed was comfortable. Walk next door to bowling club for drinks & dinner. Well maintained garden & seating area. Parking at door of unit . The manager Jason was helpful , easily contactable & obliging for any issues arising . We would stay there again.

Upon booking being confirmed we had communication from owners. Day of arrival again communication from owners. Lovely welcome and very attentive, everything was ready and just waiting for us to get there. Room was lovely, clean and well presented. Lawns and common areas were freshly mowed, very neat and tidy gardens and all areas of hotel were clean. We have stayed at lemon tree passage hotel a few times now and is our preferred place to stay when visiting that area. We will always return when on holiday to that area.
