"We stayed with our Australien shepherd for 3 nights. It was a really good place to stay but not really prepared to host a Dog there. The Stairs to reach the top level were really steep and none of us (we are both 1,67m tall) could stand upright in the sleeping area. The AC is a little moody so if heating up its sauna upstairs and still cold downstairs. Still we liked it there and would stay again"

We did receive code for entry, we called and got Swedish voicemail , then wrote message on app. Thankfully we called again and manager answered. Next in room, no WiFi code. I’ve not experienced this. We texted manager again he sent code. WiFi was weak and sometimes only worked in bedroom "

"Var lite informasjon i forkant, så vi slet med både å komme oss inn, og å få parkert. Vi skulle være der i 6 dager og det var 2 toalettruller, og et håndkle til hver person. Ikke noe vaskemiddel til vaskemaskin og ikke håndsåpe. Gulvene var også møkkete. Forsåvidt en fin og helt ok leilighet, men til den prisen så var det kanskje litt høyere forventninger. Vi velger nok hotell neste gang"

"Väldigt lyhört till grannarna, skulle rekomendera att isolera bättre och kolla till kökets luckor, vi hörde när grannarna stängde luckorna då dom smälldes igen då det saknades dörrstopp. Soprummet måste göras något åt, god ide med att kunna sortera men rummet var överfullt. Hade vi velat använda frysen så hade det inte gått då den var helt igenfrostad."

"Är väldigt nöjda med lägenheten vi hyrde för en weekend i Göteborg. Läget kan inte bli bättre, mitt på avenyn och nära till det mesta. Smidig in/utcheckning. Kan vara lite lyhört ifrån avenyn och andra lägenheter så är man känslig rekommenderas öronproppar, skulle även ta med en egen kudde då dessa var väldigt tunna. Skulle absolut kunna tänka mig att bo här igen :)"

"Skitiga kuddar och täcken, även om lakan var rena. Dammigt porslin. Det var nästan stopp i toaletten, vilket påtalades till städpersonal, som skulle rapportera det vidare. Det blev aldrig helt stopp, men vattnet steg ända upp till kanten på toalettstolen innan det mycket långsamt sjönk undan. Klar nackdel att det var svårt med parkering i området."

"The hotel is beautiful, and a lot of fun for families. We loved our room, everything was spotless and there's been a lot of thought given to the details. The kids loved the lobby slide and the carousel. Breakfast was amazing with so much choice. My son was sadly very poorly during our stay and the staff were exceptionally kind. Housekeeping did a great job cleaning up, with smiles and kind words. Thanks also to the night guard and cleaner who helped me get medical advice in the middle of the night, reception who arranged a late check out for us, and the restaurant who let me take some food for him out of hours. Everyone looked after us so well! Thank you so much, we hope to come again. "
