“Nice Alpine hotel. Comfortable rooms . Excellent service at the reception. The staff at the reception go the length to help u out to ur every need. Although There is one particular male staff member who needs to get his act straight. He is in the restaurant. I dont want to mention what ihave been through, but i have to say, he is a black mark on the entire hotel. I preferred not to dine in hotel the second day only because of the experience i have faced. “Service très décevant. Chambre prête a 17h30 au lieu de 16h Restaurant une catastrophe J’ai été malade tt la nuit. Toujours à aller au devant du personnel ”

“Beds were not as advertised nor sleeping arrangement. Many things were not available either such as pool and sauna. This was due to the virus as told by staff, but that was not mentioned in advertissement. In fact you continued to advertise all as if it was available. Not at all what i expected and paid for. Very dissapointed. You advertised many things that were not true.”

“The hotel was perfectly placed in the town for bars and restaurants. The apartment was fine for two adults and was well equipped. View from the balcony was great looking out over the mountains , the staff were very helpful. Will be coming back again.”

“Zimmer hellhörig und mit div. Renovierungsbedarf, wie z.B. WC-Sitz kaputt, im Badezimmer riecht es stark nach Abwasser, div. defekte Lampen, kaputter Stuhl, WLAN hat an einigen Tagen nur schlecht oder gar nicht funktioniert. Parkplätze kann man nicht reservieren. Man muss einfach Glück haben und einen Platz in der Nähe finden.”
