lovely view from our two bedroom room. Only issue is the spa was supposed to be for 16 years and up, and it was always full of kids. The hot tub, sauna, steam room and no one there to enforce the rules and having kids with diapers on in the hot tub was disgusting.

Wonderful stay in quiet, very clean and lovely apartment- hotel. Bed is comfortable, terrace is lovely, kitchen is perfect! The pool, hot tub and sauna is wonderful after a day of hiking and the staff is extremely helpful! We loved walking in Les Houches and several very good restaurants within a five minute walk. Convenient to Les Houches hiking and cable cars. Easy drive to Chamonix (or bus ride with stop outside the hotel). We loved our stay!

Brilliant

Brilliant, modern, clean and comfortable apartment. Spent a week here for a summer holiday as a family of 3 and was the perfect base for exploring the area. Already pricing to return skiing.

Loved our stay here and will book again if we’re coming back to Les Houches. It’s in walking distance to the slopes, has ample parking and we loved the access to the pool and spa. We enjoyed the Jazz band while we were there, they were amazing. The boot room was so useful, heated so everything was dry and warm each morning. We also used Cyprian Sports next door; the best ski shop I’ve ever used, friendly staff and a huge ranges of equipment. One wish was that there was more on at the hotel like the Jazz night, but for more to do there is the small town of Les Houches or Chamonix with ample entertainment every night.

Beautifully appointed property in a quaint village. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful. Our apartment was on the top floor with great views of Mount Blanc. It was very spacious and comfortable for a family of 5 adults. The swimming pool/spa etc and fitness suite were excellent. Free Chamonix bus stops right outside taking you to all the highlights of the valley. We would definitely go back to stay there.

The facilities in the chalet and equipments in the apartment are good enough, special mention to the kitchen. The front desk service can be further improved in terms of communication and response time to request of repair work. All bedsheets should be provided before check-in, as the number of guests have already been given to the chalet upon booking. Another thing to mention is some guests were making consistent noises at night. As the front desk closed after 7pm, we had to bear the noises for two nights.

Tout d’abord, très charmante accueil. Chalet idéalement situé, Aux Houches, non loin de tout et très bien desservi. On peut très vite être séduit, quitter difficilement les lieux voire avoir envie de s’y installer. Pour avoir longuement comparé puis vécu l’expérience (Noël en montagne), je ne sais s’il y a une direction plus « accroche-cœur » à travers les Alpes.
