"In despite of excellent communications and support from the staff, it is unfortunate that they have been let down by a property that is tired and in need of a facelift! The sofa beds were old and in some instances broken and in need of a replacement. There was nowhere really to dry ski gear and car parking is only suitable for small cars. Overall, I would say an average property with exceptional service!"

"Honestly, one of the worst places I have stayed in a while. Check-in was good and staff were helpful. However, from there it deteriorated quickly. The room was dated and very basic. No grill, no toaster, coffee machine was there but there was moldy coffee left in it. Walls had been repaired in a really poor way in places and the equipment was old and not clean. "There are no views from this property, just a concrete wall outside the wind663ow-. It is like having no windows at all. The check in is hard to find and is incorrectly located on Google maps. They know this but have not changed the location! There is only paid parking on the street. The entry is dirty and passes by smelly rubbish bins. Very disappointing overall as the property is quite rundown."

"Estuvimos 9 dias, como cada verano, pasamos unos dias en Pas, y normalmente en estos apartamentos. eramos dos, reservamos un apartamento para 4 y nos dieron uno para 6...genial. Poca higiene, muebles rotos, faltaban instrumentos de cocina, pero para el precio, bien. A ver si hay suerte el año que viene y nos gtoca uno con balcon...despues de 20 años aun no la hemos tenido..."
