"I intended on checking in for one night. We had traveled for anEquestrian event and before we checked in, our horse fell ill and we had to return to our home. I called Expedia, with whom I booked the reservation, and asked if I could have acredit or a refund. I was willing to provide veterinary records. I was on hold for over 30 minutes. The Expedia representative was kind and helpful and kept checking in. They were placed on hold by the hotel. They were told by the front desk staff that there...
"The property was well maintained the only problem I had was the shower head needed to be replaced. It was coming out the side of the head so the shower pressure was not that great."
"I have stayed there for years. The clerk was very helpful and accommodating. I just wish they had biscuits and gravy for a breakfast option. Better room freshener. I would recommend this hotel for the price."
"Overall a good stay. Check in was unpleasant; though we paid in full with expedia the hotel had some internal problem with expedia and were treating us like we hadn’t paid. After 9.5 hours in the car, not getting a warm welcome was unpleasant. Outside a stain on the carpet floor and an elliptical machine that was broken, the hotel was clean and nice. Above average continental breakfast."
