"This hotel has the friendliest staff. Absolutely loved the pool bar, restaurant and wellness amenities and would love to come back for my next trip to Bali. The housekeeping were so lovely and made towel animals and left small gifts throughout the duration of our stay. Happy hour at the pool bar was a bonus."

"I stayed here while I was in transit and for the price, this is an excellent choice… it’s a bit far from everything and you’ll prob have to uber to places but, other than that this has an awesome buffet.."

"Clean and good size room , I had 2 double bed room for myself and my teenage grandkids. Staff were very friendly and helpful when we needed, great buffet breakfast with variety. Hard Rock Hotel is a family friendly my grandkids love it, there’s also something to do everyday. We travel as family and it’s was 9 of us. Thank you Hard Hotel Bali we had a great trip and a memorable one. Highly recommended."
