โThe staff was really helpful to solve the problems we had. The room was very elegantly decorated and quiet. The old is all walkable distance.
The parking situation is awful. We ended up by paying 62 euros for a 2 days stay. If I go back it will be by boat.

โIt was convenient to look around since it is located in old town. Rooms were spacious, clean and nice. The staff was kind and positive to help us when we were had troubles. We drove and had to park outside the old city. The hotel reserved the parking lot in advance and we paid the fee. โ
โLocation, kindness, facilities, and service are the best hotels in everything. I didn't mention it was my birthday, but aftrr sightseeing, there was a happy birthday wine in my room. The receptionist looked at my passport and thoughtfully took care of it. The receptionist wanted to help me with my trip in any way, to introduce me to restaurants, tours, markets where I could buy fresh food. When I arrived and left, the parking lot was five minutes away from the hotel, and a male employee came out...

โGreat location and beautiful room within the palace walls. Would be VERY difficult to navigate with large pieces of luggage. Narrow circular staircase to the room. We had rental car, so left large luggage there and only took small carryon to the room. โ
