"Pretty basic but way too expensive. On expedia said came with dishes but cupboard was licked ans stated 20 francs or something. One of tbe lamps in the room was not working, bathroom is pretty small. Barely basic amenities. Wouldn’t really stay here again"

"Unfortunately i cant give a high rate to the owner and the expedia, in the listing it was mentioning that the property has laundry, but we realised later that there is common shared washing machine in -1 floor that works with clins only, for someone coming from other europe and not having swiss franc coins ut was hard to get coins to make the machine working, we troed to contact the owner they said they will bring coins and detegent never happened expedia didnt realyy help as well "

"We needed an inexpensive spot for a spontaneous change of plans and found this apartment. It has a small kitchen which we didn’t utilize, and a small sun room. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was adequately stocked with shampoo and towels. There is no A/C if that matters. FYI: The room key also unlocks the entrance door. "

"The stay was very good . Rooms were very spacious . Hall ,2 bedrooms, kitchen , dining and balcony . But only one bathroom and that too with poor drainage. The only issue was about the kitchen sink and bathroom tub drainage . Water was not going through only it got accumulating. We did mail to the property manager but were disappointed by them for not taking timely action. "

"I would definitely stay here again. The views are amazing, the property is quiet, the pool and sauna were great. For a family of four, we had the Deluxe Apartment and it was plenty of space. The rooms were large, the bathtubs overlooking the woods were amazing. There are a couple restaurants not too far away, but we ended up going to the grocery store and cooking at home because we wanted to spend most of our time in the room. "

"Do NOT stay at VISIONAPARTMENTS in Zurich!! It smells really bad inside, loud creaky floors, no elevator, no A/C, no safety latches on main door. This apartment is immediately above 2 restaurants, and the smell and stench of fried food, etc. is super strong inside the apartment. The smell is TERRIBLE and left a smell over everything we had, even inside our suitcases...it was difficult to even sleep the smell kept us awake. The floors in the bedroom/main area are creaky and very loud. There...

Even though I had checked out from the hotel, my missed baggage from airline was collected and kept safe without any questions. "I was originally skeptical about staying in a capsule for the night, but it was actually really nice. Check in is done on a tablet, and there's always a host to help in case anything goes wrong. The Capsule is decently spacious; I was even able to hold my suitcase and 2 bags in there and still have enough space for myself to comfortably sleep. The loudest it ever got was people opening and closing the door to the room with the capsules. The showers and bathrooms are also really nice. "
