The hotel was a little outdated but everything else was great! The hot tub by the pool was the best one we've ever been in! All the jets were working and they were really powerful. Staff was also very friendly and helpful.

I stayed for a night with my children, and we thoroughly enjoyed it. We loved the up north feel of it. Everything was well maintained, and any time we had a question or needed help, the staff was very attentive.

Our flight was cancelled at the Pelston Airport and we needed a place to stay for the night. We had to walk to the Pelston Lodge, but the staff was gracious enough to drop us off at the airport the next morning. The Pelston Lodge offered a free breakfast, so we grabbed a snack to go for our wait in the airport. The staff had us checked in quickly and everyone was very nice.

Hair in bed; tv didn't work right; moved to second room; rust stains in sink and tub; tub liner still in from another user; switch on lights over bed broken; heater/ac on continually and wouldn't turn off - had to unplug it; virtually no amenities. Staff girl was absolutely fantastic and tried her best. I would NEVER RECOMMEND this place.

This facility does not have any cash on hand and all payments for the room as well as even the vending machine, provided they're working at the time of this posting, are all contactless payment as well. The other thing for people to keep in mind who are staying here is that the only restaurant that is open year-round is at the Pellston airport. Fortunately, they have great food and reasonable prices for the area. I hear there's a steakhouse nearby with good food, but it sounds like it may be seasonal. I was in town for work for a couple of days and got a great deal on the room, but outside of that this place isn't really much to write home about. If staying longer, I would recommend staying in one of the nearby cities such as Indian River.

The front desk manager allowed us to check in early. And the woman who got our room cleaned and ready for us was just wonderful. We would definitly stay there again. Highly recommended.

This hotel seemed to be struggling since the recent poor weather. The pool is nice and warm and the room was alright. Had to figure out the AC settings and the TV has few channels. Rooms were good size and travel to other locals is quick and easy.

This place was fine. It was clean and the staff were friendly. It was not however a 3 star hotel. 2.5 at best. Low water pressure with what I assume is well water as everything was rust stained. There was no elevator, and many things were out of stock at the breakfast area. They used the cheapest white paper plates known to man... It would have been fine if I had paid half the price.

Hot tub and pool were nice. Out TV sound was broken, but staff brought a new TV for us and responded right away. Jackie was friendly and helpful. Don't order through Expedia though, it's way more expensive than going through the hotel directly!!
