It was fine for a place to lay your head, shower and get on your way. Nothing frivolous but basic. Was clean. The bed was not comfortable for me. Too hard. Others may love it.

Room had dead bugs on floor and closet had bedding in closet not folded and just shoved in it with pillows. The lock didn’t open with our keys and then cleared out the keys. Luckily someone was still in office that night to help use a master metal key to let us in. And then we couldn’t go back in and out again. Staff was very nice and helpful.

We had a quiet upstairs room. Unfortunately, the bathroom was dirty with hairs in the toilet and shower. There was only one set of towels. There was no coffee or tea. It was in a safe location, but it was over-priced.

Unprofessional management and dirty rooms I had a terrible experience at this Studio 1 Extended Stay. The General Manager is horrible to deal with, and most of the staff are incredibly rude—aside from two women working there who were actually nice. The property has no proper cleaning routine and lacks basic maintenance. Avoid this place if you can.

There’s no air conditioning in the room there were no cups for water. The room was clean. My wife couldn’t seem to get any hot water could open the window for fresh air because of the traffic noise for $10 more. I could’ve got a room with coffee cups for water air-conditioning that much more.

Do not recommend—management and cleanliness are terrible • Management & Staff: The General Manager is horrible, and almost all of the staff are rude. The only exception was two female employees who were very sweet. • Cleanliness: No proper cleaning whatsoever. • Condition: The property lacks proper maintenance.

The cleanliness of the room seemed okay as walking in. Looking closer, the dresser had a while bunch of sticky spots and had to be wiped down. The floor had not been mopped or swept in a while. We wiped water up off the floor and you could see the stark difference in colors of the tiles that had been wiped and what they looked like previously. Clean towels didn’t look clean, had stains from previous use or maybe they were just old.

The front desk person was very friendly and the beds were comfortable. However, I reserved a double room because there were 3 of us, but the room was equipped with only one towel set. How does that makes sense? Also, the shower head is so low we had to stoop to take a shower. Lastly, no coffee maker in the room and no luggage rack.

Extremely disappointing experience—poor management and maintenance My stay here was highly frustrating due to the overall lack of professional service and upkeep. The General Manager was completely unprofessional and difficult to deal with. While two of the female staff members were genuinely nice and helpful, the rest of the staff members we encountered were consistently rude. On top of the service issues, the property suffers from poor maintenance and lacks proper cleaning. I would not recommend staying here until management and housekeeping standards are seriously addressed.

The room was filthy. Like dirt in the corners, hair on the nightstand and stuff still in the garbage. The bathroom smelled weird. There were people screaming around 10pm and we were close enough that the front desk definitely heard and did nothing about it. It felt very unsafe. We booked two nights and only stayed one. My son goes to WSU so I’m in the area often. I will never stay here again. Also it’s an old run down and unkempt Motel 6. Would rate 0 if I could. I notified the front desk staff of the issues and they simply said “sorry” but did not attempt to refund my stay or fix any of the issues.

Unsatisfactory Stay Due to Management, Service, and Maintenance Deficiencies My overall experience at this property was highly disappointing. The leadership from the General Manager was entirely unprofessional, and the majority of the staff members exhibited a consistently rude demeanor. The sole exception to this poor service was two female employees who were notably pleasant and professional. Furthermore, the property suffers from significant operational oversights. There is a distinct lack of proper cleaning standards, and basic maintenance is visibly neglected. Given the combination of poor management, hostile customer service, and substandard upkeep, I cannot recommend this establishment.

Staff service was prompt, friendly and welcoming. Enjoyed our three night stay. Property is a little run down and in need of additional repair. Otherwise our stay was enjoyable. Room was quiet and convenient to local shopping dining and WSU.
