Staff was amazing! Only there for one night drove in for Railbird and they accommodated us with no early check in but let us change in the lobby restroom stored our luggage behind the counter and took them to our room when it was ready. When we got in that night at almost midnight they had my key cards ready and luggage already taken down to our room. Room was clean comfy bed and great breakfast in the morning! Very friendly staff loved it! I always stay Hilton and I’ve never had a bad experience with either Lexington location 10 out of 10!

Room and property was clean and awesome. We booked a dog friendly room. When doing so there was no indication that when we got there we would have to pay another 175$ bc we have a dog. That should have been noted when booking.

We were very happy with our stay at Embassy Suites. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. We appreciated the cocktail reception after being on the road for hours and the breakfast in the morning was great.

The hotel is beautiful. The staff are friendly and helpful. The beds are very comfortable. The water did not get hot in the sink or shower, it was barely warm. The pool was too cool for me, I don’t think it was heated. My daughter’s lips were purple when she got out. The entire grounds are immaculate. The little sitting areas throughout the hotel are a nice touch and I utilized them. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends.
