I loved it was as advertised. Not many places still do that so my big family enjoyed that. However, my last morning I left my room(305) and went to my other room (303) with my mother. I went to go back in my room & the keys did not work. My children were still sleeping. It took two key resets, a maintenance man, 3 elevator rides, and almost an hour later to get this issue fixed once the master key reset the door lock. This was not a good experience and when I asked if I could have a discount for the inconvenience on a future stay I was told no. I got $10.

The staff could not have been any more friendly and helpful. We had booked two king suites and mine and my husbands was clean and bed was very comfortable. The coffee maker did not seem to work in our room and the TV kept losing connection which was one issue the staff was unable to help with. My daughters room on the other hand had a VERY bad food odor that would not go away. The staff tried spraying the room and did offer for my daughter to switch rooms, but unfortunately they could not offer one on the same floor as us. Being that she had our granddaughter with her she wanted to stay beside us for convenience. The smell lasted the entire duration of our 4 day trip. Pool water was cold and a little cloudy, breakfast was decent. The hotel was clean and again the staff were wonderful and very friendly. It was a good location for getting to the Ark Encounter and Creation Museum as well as close to dining options. I would stay there again. J Ward

The pool is very small, our room didnโ€™t have a/c it was 77 degrees in our room, and 80 degrees outside, it was miserably hot, our door lock was coming away from the door, we arrived around 7:15pm at night and had to wait for a clean room, which is crazy because we were well past check in time, water was like warm at best for a shower, limited towels because they didnโ€™t have any clean, overall terrible experience and would not recommend.

Spacious and clean room, newer facility, friendly check-in staff, convenient location close to Georgetown. Breakfast was so-so, workout room had free weights, but cardio was limited and elliptical was broken. Manager was very helpful with a booking issue. Staff were all very amazing and helpful. Rooms are very nice size and clean. Kitchen had plates and all the essentials to cook. Bathroom was very clean even the public one by the pool. My stay here was easy and very satisfying! Check in was a breeze and all the information was given to us right away. We had a great room and the lobby was very clean and organized. Room cleaning didnโ€™t come as I thought they would so that kind of sucked but they had someone at the front desk so we just went there. There was a time we went to get snacks from the little store area and no one was for for a few minutes so that sucked too but we made due still enjoyed our stay. Staff is friendly, wonderful, informative, and secure. The place is beautiful and cozy. It almost felt like we had our own apartment for real. My stay was amazing and we all enjoyed it (baby included) so i definitely will be booking here again if I can and recommending to everyone to stay here!
