"The room was decent, and all Embassy Suites have such a good vibe. The pool was freezing definitely not heated but other than that, we enjoyed our stay. And had a great location."

"Was not informed about the breakfast. Hotel was clean and staff friendly. I had called about the airport shuttle prior to arrival and couldn’t reach anyone at the hotel."

"Great value for the money. Comfy beds and and a nice bath tub in the room with great water pressure and very hot water! Toilets were very low to the ground and took some getting used to. Other than that the hotel was great and was located in a great neighborhood with lots of eating options close by. I would book again if my travels ever brought me to Greensboro again."

"You get what you pay for. The rooms are definitely clean the area is definitely safe and the Price is beyond reasonable. With that said the front desk is horrible the woman that was working on the day I stayed was a very monotone had no personality and definitely had no customer service appeal. She did not care for anything but stating the rules. I travel very often and I am not particularly picky in a crunch, as long as you give me a clean safe area.. I'm okay with a basic hotel; but customer service is important!!! This front desk clerk had zero and I mean zero customer service, it made it so distasteful almost sick to my stomach to stay there after dealing with her. Its not asking much to pretend to be good at your job."
