We were very pleased to stay at Ryad Mogador Liège. What a stylish, beautiful hotel with a warm atmosphere. The staff team went out of their ways to make the guests feel welcome.
We were in Liège for a music festival. Unfortunately the festival was cancelled last minute due to bad weather predictions, and the staff informed us immediately. We would definitely come back next year if the festival will be organized.

Extremely Bad Service
We booked the hotel and informed them 2 weeks in advance that we would arrive late d. 15 February we actually write that we expect to be there at 01.00 d. 16 February.
We drive from Denmark and arrived precisely 01.00.
The door was locked and no one has informed us about the key.
We called the hotel and spoke with the owner.
He was extremely angry because I disturbed his beauty sleep. I told him that we have been driving 11 hours from Denmark and already mentioned our late arrive. He told me he was sleeping and don’t want to open. He asked if it was my car on the Square if it was he told me there would be a market in the morning. So he could see my car but don’t want to help.
This is the worth service I’ve ever had from a Hitel and I have stayed in a LOT !!!

sehr laut, da die feuerwehr vor dem fenster vorbeifährt zum einsatz. während unserer übernachtung ca. 20 mal. restaurant nicht vorhanden. das frühstück ist sehr eingeschränkt.

L'accueil et la gentillesse du gérant et de son fils sont très agréables.
Un établissement propre et de même pour la chambre, elle est spacieuse et confortable.
Une étape comme je les aime ou tout est parfait, merci à vous.

L'hôtel est très bien à tous niveaux. Deux petits bémols : notre invitée s'est retrouvée seule dans le bâtiment et s'est sentie quelque peu en insécurité. Ensuite, la proposition du petit déjeuner au Point Chaud n'est, selon moi, pas adaptée. En effet, ce n'est pas un gage de qualité surtout à ce prix là. Ce n'est pas très grave en l'occurrence mais d'autres invités pourraient trouver cela exagéré.

Une oasis au cœur de Liège.
Le gros point fort de cet établissement est sans conteste son accueil exceptionnel ; notre hôte s'assure qu'on ne manque de rien avec une gentillesse inégalable. La décoration orientale est somptueuse et les chambres confortables à souhait. Le seul bémol revient au petit déjeuner : même servi avec le plus grand soin, 09H le dimanche, ça reste un peu tard.
